Syncing to a new phone

I’ve been playing Blossom Blast on and off for years now and have reached level 200 and something but when I got a new phone and installed the game on the same ID the game started from the beginning and no matter how much I try to log in with an email nothing seems to work

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi @Jeeji warm welcome to our community at Blossom Blast Saga.

    Can you please try the following:

    • Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
    • Go online with your phone where you reached level 200 and open the game. On this device, check which email you signed up with.
    • Then go online with your new phone and check if you are logged in with the same account.
      The score should then be identical.

    Let me know if you still need help.
    It would be helpful if you could post screenshots of your old and new phone.
