Very sorry for your problem, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer

Very sorry about your purchase related issue but as mentioned above unfortunately community dont deal with purchase related issues as it involves your personal information. So the only solution to get your gold bars back is to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. If you contact directly it will give access to the player support of your purchase history for last 90 days and they will take a positive action in your favour.

This EXACT same thing (the 12 bars freeze) has happened to me. The third time was today.
And before y'all tell me to go report it to support, I tried that three times, too, and it's giving me the "oops, your request could not be sent" message, and didn't go through, either.
I know it's just a few dollars, but it's really frustrating, and I'd very much like to have those 36 bars returned.
I'm very sorry you're having a problem @peonyblue and @Bethlansing1. It sounds like it is a problem with the game. I'll report it and follow up with you both when I find something out.
In the meantime, please send me your game ID and the game version of your app. You can find your ID by going to your game profile and double tapping on the King symbol. Please also include the device you are playing on.

I just downloaded the app to see if that'd fix it, but I've been playing on the Facebook interface. It doesn't seem to have a version number. I'm on a Mac, running the most recent O/S. My ID is 1028233883.

Yes @peonyblue I can message you. I don't have any updates yet, though. The managers are all in Europe and I'm eastern US so there is a significant time difference.
Thank you for your info. Knowing you plsy on a Mac in Facebook is a big help to the technical team. They will also be able to look at your game specifically with your ID to see if there is something not right.
You only need to post 5 times to get to level 2. BTW, I love your login name. Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. 😘
No rush at all -- there are much bigger things in this world to worry about these days. :)

(p.s. Mine, too! We used to have giant peony bushes outside my grandmother's house and I used to bring her bouquets of her own flowers...by the armful. :D)
