I have lost my levels due to a new phone I was on level 1950 but it put me back at the beginning please help me retrieve my level back Thank You!

@rhondaj5560 Hi, Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from you app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in and ensure your details are correct. see if this solves you issue.
