On which platform do you play Blossom Blast Saga? The game is no longer offered on all platforms.
If you downloaded the app to your mobile device (Android or iOS), everything should work without any problems. Even on a laptop/computer running Win10/Win11, there are no problems with the game.
Do you have a screenshot that shows me where exactly you're having problems or what kind of error message you're getting? If we can narrow down the error for you, we may be able to give you very specific tips.

@НаташаБорисова which Android version do you have? We have an announcement here in Blossom Blasst that certain versions and devices will no longer be supported. Can you please take a look at this to see if you might be affected by it? You can find it here: why-can-t-i-play-blossom-blast-saga-on-ios-9-and-android-4-anymore.
Otherwise, please try our standard bug fixes first:
- Make sure you have enough free space on your device. Usually, we recommend having at least 2 GB of free space.
- Check for and run updates from your game and device
- Force close your apps
- Clear the cache (Attention: do not go to Clear Data)
- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
- Check if everything is fine again after the restart.
Sometimes switching between W-LAN / Wi-Fi and mobile data also helps.

@НаташаБорисова how did you ensure your progress? Do you have a King account (so you're logged in with email and password) or are you logged in to the game with a Facebook account?
