Hi @DaddyO-2 Welcome to our community in the Forum of Blossom Blast Saga.
Unfortunately, I can't explain to you what kind of pop-up this is. I've never seen it before and I haven't heard from other players.
Maybe you have a screenshot so I can look at it? Thank you very much.
Now that I asked about it it seems to have gone away. But I notice that whenever I start a new day after loading the daily booster my screen locks and I have to start the game ans restart. I want to re-install but afraid of losing the few boosters I've earned since reloading on my new phone.
@DaddyO-2 have you checked if there is an update?
You can also try the following steps:
- clear the cache
- disconnect your device from the internet connection / go offline
- Turn off your device completely to keep it off for a minute
- after switching on, restore the internet connection / go online and wait a few seconds until you open the app again.
If you reinstall, you will lose all your boosters. Therefore, this should only be a stopgap.
