Soon it will no longer be possible to play Blossom Blast Saga on iOS 10. That means that if your device uses iOS 10, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events.
Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.

Please note that these news will only affect the following devices:
Phone: iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5c
iPad: iPad2, iPad (3rd Gen), iPad (4th Gen), and iPad mini (1st Gen)
iPod: iPod touch (4G), and iPod touch (5G)
If you have any of them, update your Apple device by taking these steps:

excuse me, i play bbs app from microsoft store on computer, ive been playing fine, but yesterday it started NOT even loading the game-it acts like it TRYing 2, but wont, the app loads &plays fine on my tablet! help please? yes my computer has been updated! but help?
Hi @Tweetybell86 warm welcome to the forum of Blossom Blast Saga. The same thing happened to me and I have already reported it. @Snow_Rider is waiting for an update from the studio and we'll let you know when the bug is fixed.
I'm really sorry that the app doesn't currently launch if it was installed from the Microsoft Store. Please be patient.
