Thankfully I haven't had these since I was a child, and yes I got them in the Winter too. I have some Epsom salt on order, I will give it a go and let you know if it helps me ๐ค Thank you for your thought, kindness and help ๐
You're welcome. @Racoon7 .anything that helps. It helped me with my chilblains. I get them in winter. Very painful. It's where your toes go really red and sore. It's to do with blood saculation. I think.
I remember my Gran ingesting these for another reason, however I will buy some to add to my bath, thank you, I will try anything for some relief with the pain, I am probably also magnesium deficient ๐ค

Thank you for your kindness Jo ๐ I just wish the pain would go and the swelling in my feet/lower legs would go so as I could wear my shoes and boots. One of my blood tests were abnormal, I have to wait another week for a re-test.

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered whatโs the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I donโt see getting anything but higher points.
