Finally, I have an acknowledgement to book a physio appointment. Will have to wait to Monday to book. Questionnaires like surveys I don't like. I don't see physio doing anything as I have had it before and then certainly wont touch my neck, my lower back is bad. Many issues in the past, same problems. I don't see a positive outcome unless I have spinal surgery. I have been putting it off. Spoken to many neurosurgeons in the past, now I feel I have no choice. Exhausted pain meds, they are so not cutting the pain. Tried everything. Just worried about surgery in my spine and having so many prolapsed discs 😰 but I cant take the pain anymore my lovely 💜

Anyway will follow protocol. Hopefully it will help, but if it doesn't it is now the route I have to take.
