@hplee2 Here are the devices which support King games. Please check if your device is compatible. Also, you need to have at least 2 GB of free memory in order for your game to work properly.

@hplee2 What device and OS are you using? If you tried all these troubleshooting steps, then the only option is to reinstall the game, but please note that you will lose all your boosters if you do so.
