Web browser update

When I logged in a few minutes ago, my screen was stuck on 2825. I've actually reached level 2930 but I'm getting the error message on my laptop saying I need to update my browser (which I did) and run the HTML5 test (which I did and passed with flying colors.) Not sure what else I need to be able to do to move forward and be able to play on laptop. Thanks

I am having the same problem but a check of my Google Chrome browser indicates it is currently running the latest version.  So what now?

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.

With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).

You can download them from the following links, always ensure you have the latest version:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx  (if you are using an older version than Windows10)

Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com  for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.

If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.

You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.

I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.
