For investigation it would be amazing if you could give some basic technical information:
- Game app version number - Make and model of the device you're using - Which Android operating system you're using (you should be able to find it from your settings)

Are you still experiencing the problem? I'm wondering if it happens for all levels or only under certain conditions. Did you have network connection while playing? And last question: was it fixed after restart the app?
