How can i get my blossom blast game to ooen up, unfreeze and not crash?

Uninstalled then reinstalled and still only 1260 as last level
Did not receive new levels. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still only 1260 last level. Please help. App is also freezing up and I lost all my lives due to uninstalling.

How many levels are there total in Blossom Blast?
I finished 240 and it didn't add the next section, so I'm guessing that's it. Kinda bummed. Love this game.

Game progress not restored via Facebook account?
Any idea why connecting my Facebook account after downloading Blossom Blast on a new phone will not restore previous progress? Great game but I'm unwilling to play through hundreds of levels again.

Load Blossom Blast, get orange screen. NO GAME
Load Blossom Blast, get orange screen. Have tried rebooting, etc. no success - FRUSTRATED... Have tried rebooting, etc. - did not uninstall / reinstall as i did not want to lose ground.... Is there a 'fix' or am I done?

Daisy reward box empty
Every time I get the daisy reward, the boxes are empty and I get nothing when I tap on “claim.” It’s like opening an empty present on your birthday. Lost my 40 gold bars and several roles today - Charm King
When I closed the game this afternoon I still had 40 gold bars and several of these roles. Now they are all gone. I dont care about these roles, but I paid for the gold bars and want them back! What is to do? Thank you in advance.

Why does the game freeze in the middle of play?
I'll play and then it freezes and the only way to get it to work is to close it and restart which costs me a life.
