Hey have you checked for updates for your mobile and your apps? I think that might do the trick. Restart your mobile too. Does it happen again afterwards?

Hey Joan, as far as I know you can only pay at a roadblock to enter the next episode, but you can´t pay in Candy Crush Saga or any of their games to pass a level; you need to play it. There's no roadblock between level 1337 and 1338 from what I've seen on the map.

That chocolate just keeps coming back too fast! Luckily it´s optional to play or not. It wouldn´t be a challenge if it wouldn´t be challenging, I guess.

Hey Stella, maybe they run different versions of the same challenge? I think you could check from your end if you have installed the latest version of the game on your tablet. Are you playing the same app version as your family?

Hey Carol, that would be nice indeed, to be able to transfer lives (and boosters) to the device or platform we´d prefer! As far as I know, this isn´t possible (yet?) in any of their games. I believe the only things that do get synchronized are levels and gold bars.

Hey Christina, as far as I know it should go up till level 1242. Double check both for updates for your iPad and your apps and do a restart too (I think this clears cache on your iPad). On here http://petrescuesaga.com/help/en it says you should at least have an iPad2 and use iOS 6.0 on it.

Hey Danlin, did you use to play connected to your Facebook or the Kingdom before this happened? If not, open the game on your Android and create your Kingdom account. Go to settings within the app and tap on the orange symbol. Choose an avatar and nickname, fill out your email address. Choose a password and you're done.…

Hey Julius, I play this on Chrome 48 in Windows 7 and have Flash 20.0; loads and works smooth for me! Try clearing cache on your PC and restart it too. Then try playing in Google Chrome too, I think that should fix this for you.
