Mainly facebook in edge but i had tried chrome also, and had problems in both, but i just tried chrome and it's better there now after i changed the flicks, but not as it should, and still not working in edge. and now i cant seem to swipe in candy crush in chrome...

I use the pen to move the screen when scrolling internet pages... i use the pen to play candy crush and don't have issues with the screen moving there... turning off flicks didn't help

from both, the edge and the middle - anywhere on the screen, when using the pen. My surface pro 3 is using Windows 10 with Edge. it used to not do this... I don't know what setting changed...thanks!
