What did the pop up say at the end of the level? This will tell you exactly why you didn't pass the level. Check this out and post a screenshot if you still need help :)

I can see that the level has been updated. The version I've seen has 25 moves though. If your's is different can you take a screenshot to see the difference. Here is the one with 25 moves. It's difficult answer without more information really. Did you get any kind of pop up error message when trying to purchase the moves? Did the game freeze? You need to say what happened so we can help you.

I think you probably need to check how many apps you have open, how much memory you have free etc. If your phone is full and you're using a lot of apps then certain games will struggle to load. Free up some space if required. Oh and maybe update your android OS if possible.

I'm not too sure about windows 10 but maybe it's the same as other windows systems so things like checking your free memory, checking that you don't have too many programs open. These are the first things to check. Let me know how you get on.

I guess King chose to give everyone a different kind of promotion. Maybe the rewards are different for each one as well? Check yours against what your friends get.
