Candy Crush Soda Saga

I've a problem with Candy Crush Soda Saga i installed from Windows 10 store. Sometimes, when i load it i find an orange screen with the black writing "Candy Crush Soda Saga". I'm forced to load it again to play. How can i solve this bug? Can it depend on Windows 10 Flash Player or my video card GeForce GTX 645?

I'm not too sure about windows 10 but maybe it's the same as other windows systems so things like checking your free memory, checking that you don't have too many programs open. These are the first things to check. Let me know how you get on.

I play my five levels, it shows I will get five extra when it goes fishing. And them it only gives me 1 extra lives life.

I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:
