Use a search engine and put the number in, see what comes up. Maybe your card associated with the account is the issue? If its happening on all games it could be. Check your account details. 

I'm guessing you have tried to update via the app store? Do you have enough memory to update? Or maybe you're talking about synchronizing your levels, I'm not sure. Let me know! 

It will keep coming back until you get rid of all of it, normally then it will stop producing. Its tricky to get this, just try to keep the chocolate at a minimum.

Looks like the difficulty of the level has been changed. I've seen this happen a lot. I couldn't find any videos to help you either. Its obviously not impossible but now it's gonna be difficult of course! 

Isn't this just like the shuffle in Candy Crush, where there's no move possible so the game has to shuffle so you can make the next move. This is what it sounds like to me :) 

I''m not sure its a good idea putting personal information on here. Maybe set up a King.com account. I know that there you get assigned a lot of local friends that always seem to help you out.

There are 2 ways to do it. Either on the map screen (there is a little heart logo in the bottom left) or in the pre-level screen where you will see some of your friends scores below :)

No problems here Gil. Do you have the latest version of the app, might be something to check. It might just be the luck of the draw, you had a good weekend and now a bad weekend.
