  • Can you post a screenshot of this please? I would have thought it you were trying to connect to the kingdom then it would say 'you don't have access to the kingdom' but not if you were trying to connect to facebook.

  • I've heard of people passing 1 level and the game not recognizing it, but not 8 levels. I can't think of any way for you to get them back sorry. Facebook is where the levels are stored so if it didn't save it then I'm guessing you can only play them again.

  • I think with over 1000 levels in the game then you're gonna find that some of them are boring or unplayable. If there were 1000 easy levels then it wouldn't be the game it is. Just knuckle down and I'm sure you will pass it, I prefer the more puzzling levels.

  • The app will always recognize the highest level and once it's in the apps memory and in facebook there's no way to remove it that I know of. Once it's been transferred then I think you're stuck I'm sorry.

  • It sounds like something is blocking your tablet from connecting no? Is your wi-fi working okay, maybe give it a reset or try using 3g, see what happens. Sometimes the connection to the app store drops me for me but its a temporary thing.

  • Hey Sherry, have you checked that people are actually answering your requests? My tip is to clear out your browser cache and restart it, then accept the request in the game don't actually click on the facebook notification. Try it :)

  • I'm afraid to say that the only thing you can do is play the level again. If the game didn't recognise that you passed the level then there is no way to retrieve it sorry :(

  • It sounds to me like when you were at level 300 your progress was never actually saved. If this is the level that has been transferred across to all devices then unfortunately there is no way to get it back.
