Lost progress

I was on level 1189 of candy crush and was reverted back to level 1181. I am playing through Facebook. I never logged out of Facebook so not sure how I could have lost my progress. I sent a contact form in for technical support but received an automated reply to come here.

I've heard of people passing 1 level and the game not recognizing it, but not 8 levels. I can't think of any way for you to get them back sorry. Facebook is where the levels are stored so if it didn't save it then I'm guessing you can only play them again.

Why do I have to reconnect my game to Facebook EVERY time I go to play? Even after a 10 minute gap I have to reconnect!!! Annoying
