Hello @Nonojojo and welcome to the community! Lives are saved directly onto your phone. So if you uninstall and reinstall the app you will start again with a blank envelope. If you load the app on a new device the envelope also starts empty. Is this what has happened?

Hello @IndigoMM Please check my reply to the answer you got from Colorbomb_Collector for my answer. I have the same issue in my game and it's definitely not something to do with your phone. The widget is just missing.

This is a known issue @Colorbomb_Collector which is affecting a lot of players on Android and on Apple devices, including myself. It is either deliberate or an issue that King need to fix. Tap on your avatar icon on the map screen: This will bring up your own player card. There is a pink tab with the word "edit". Click on this and then click on your name. The keyboard should appear for you to delete the given name and then you can choose your own name.
