Can someone who created Candy Crush Saga level 18965 tell me if it’s possible to pass it without boosters? It’s really not normal that the level can’t be completed even after 200 or more attempts. This is no longer fun, nor is it relaxing as they constantly claim!"

An AI created Candy Crush Saga level 18,965 @Zeljka68 . AI wrote all the levels from about level  18,000 onwards, so I don't think they will answer your question here. In general, there are some levels in the game now that will not be not possible to pass without boosters, no matter how often you attempt to play them. Players are meant to budget gold and boosters to use on such levels.
