If you can't build any more island pieces, it could be that you are one of the lucky few who have reached the end of the island content (for now)! We are working hard on adding more islands…

Hello again! This could actually be related to a glitch, please ensure you are on the latest version of the Soda app and this should be solved (unless you have reached all of the islands available of course, then you will have new ones in a while, we are working hard on adding more :) )
