Not sure what happened, but my Candy Crush Soda won't load for the last 2 days. Just flashes and never loads.

Hi @claudia_calamar, I cannot play on my DELL win10 core i5 pro the games BBS, FHS and CCSS. It started with BBS later it happened with FHS and today on CCSS. My ID# 10299823458 and the specs of the device are

Yes, I haven't been able to open Blossom Blast Saga for about four weeks, and Farm Heroes Saga for about two weeks. I can no longer open or play either of those—or Candy Crush Soda—on my Windows device. Only the other games I mentioned are still working.

Candy Crush Soda Saga is now the third King game that I can no longer open or play on my device. It started with Blossom Blast Saga, then Farm Heroes Saga (I am a moderator for both games), and now Candy Crush Soda Saga as well. It is really frustrating, and I hope other King games don't suffer the same fate. I also play Candy Crush Jelly Saga, Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Friends Saga, and Bubble Witch 3 Saga on my Windows device. Fortunately, these games still work, and I hope they continue to do so.
