Fyi i was lucky and after deinstall and reinstall I only lost six levels. Game stopped saving levels at the time it went flooey. Lost boosters etc but nice to see I’m logged on to save the future. Losing six is better than losing 1300:) thanks for tips !

Freddy thks for your time Unfortunately, I don’t know anymore. This is been going on for months and I can’t remember what my original password was I just know it one point it Got fixed and worked fine for a month and now it’s broken again with both games saga thsk! will I lose all levels when I uninstall?

Sorry if this repeat. Think I answered on wrong thread. anyway, won’t let me log on to face or king. Changed passwords still won’t. when I reinstall I’ll lose all 1300 levels ? thanks for your time

Thank you for replies... I can't log in to King or facebook it says connection error always, I'm at 1,321 level :( I’ve tried changing passwords. Still “connection error”. soooo without “logging on”, what happens when I de-install, re-install game ? I lose everything?? oy
