Hi, anyone else had problems with Bubble Witch 2? I was in a high level but it has put me back to level 1! not impressed
Hi @Mysticdragon The problem you will have is as of the 31st of March you will only be able to play BW2 exclusively on a mobile device 👍⭐

I can not even see a settings menu :( , I am on a computer
I found settings but it not let me in as it not accept my password
I want to get back to where I was, not from the start!

Hi @Mysticdragon Sorry you was unable to follow the instructions.
Maybe you are entering your password incorrectly without realising maybe try again.
Don't worry if you are still struggling send us your game ID and what you're current level was and we can see what we can do.
You may depending on your device need your password to access your ID. If that is the case you may need to change your password 👍⭐

I have done all suggested but nothing has changed or worked, changed password when it let me and came up as error, still put me back to level 1 :/ x I am using a computer, with chrome and windows 8, 8.1 have no idea what my game ID is, sorry
Hi @Mysticdragon You need to be playing BW2 exclusively on a mobile device to be sure of receiving updates and the correct support
To locate your game ID please follow these steps👇
If you use Facebook open the game on Facebook on your computer and scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and locate the "Find my ID" right under the ad. Its very small
If on a PC open the game and tap the blue 'Account' button on the Start Menu. Then on your account page, double tap the king logo above the logo should then disappear to reveal your Game ID.👍⭐

I got the same problem when I moved from a computer to my tablet (on Android).
I played the game on 2 different computers that wouldn't synchronized with one another since an update on the game. Decided to move on my tablet, installed the app, attempted to synchronize everything and then, everything went wrong. My tablet synchronized with the computer on the lowest level reached. Then, I got back to the first computer only to discover that my progression was all gone, back to level 1 ! Now, I do not dare turn my wifi ON on on my tablet, just in case it synchronize with my laptop and that I lose the only remaining progression. All this is very annoying !
