Game not loading

This is BW2. The game loads until 73% then crashes. This has happened before and I had to reinstall the game . So im just checking, if i need to do this, I'm going to loose all my boosters(again).

Hi @Woody sorry to here that

I have experienced this with BW3 today so I presume there is a temporary issue at the moment as it's now rectified itself

But BW2 is loading just fine and we have no more reports right now regarding this

Please give it some time to correct itself and in the meantime stay logged out for a while then try again

Hi @PrettyBubbles game is still not loading. Will have to reinstall. Is there anything you can do so i don't loose all my boosters?

Hi @Woody I wish there was its unfortunate for players when they loose boosters.

Its because they are not saved to the game, but if you have any that have been purchased then support will compensate you.

It's still worth contacting them from the contact us tab below and explain why you will loose them as they may very well send you some as a sorry for your inconvenience they are very good when it comes to helping players with these types of issues

That's great @Woody 😀 I am Glad you took my advice as you can now either purchase your boosters with the gold or use them for extra bubbles
