Please don't uninstall unless we advise you we only recommended the process if all else fails

For issues please check here first we may known issues that you are not aware of

With the lives if you keep sending multiple requests they will start to come through

Please try the following play 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two if your progress was being saved it should restore you 💓
