I’m not sure what you mean. I play the game on my apple ipad after downloading it from the App Store.

I’ve logged out and closed the iPad down as well.
Hi my friend can ask if you logged out as I suggested or did you just close the game as you need try logging out then logging back in with your login details 💓
I’ve tried to do that. I’m playing on an iPad and it hasn’t worked. I can play level 1489 which I have previously completed but then it freezes on level 1490 and won’t load. Every game is showing the title of “clear the top” rather than morgana etc. so something still isn’t right.

I am having the same problem. I am on level 1490. When I click to play the level it freezes and shows the level as 999 and doesn’t load any bubbles. The only level that will 0lay is level 999.

Let's try refreshing your game
Check for any pending updates
Select the settings from your device menu then select apps and clear the game cache
Make sure you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
