Hi my friend sorry you are having this issue
Let's first check your device is still compatible
You can now only play on a mobile device android 10 or above or iOS 11 or above
Facebook is also no longer compatible
If you're device is one of the above then please first clear the game cache from your device menu settings then apps
Play any level you do not have to complete it then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you ๐
Hi, yes my device is compatible & I tried the troubleshooting, clearing cache etc yesterday but still having the same issues. After playing a level the next one begins with the frozen screen of the previous one, I have to close the game, reopen, then it will me play an already completed level, then I have to close game again. Hoping it will resolve as I don't want to uninstall when I am this far on the game.
