Hi, my game keeps freezing any ideas anyone please

Two days ago I had a bunch of levels to go now it’s reverted to 7470 as the last one. I’m on iOS and I see there should be a bunch more. Please help!

Unfortunately our CM is not beck until Tuesday
Please try contacting our customer services by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain what has happened they will be aware if this is a known issue and be able to help you quicker
Don't forget to add your game ID
You will first receive an automated reply please reply back to this and repeat your issue including once again your ID

What is happening with Bubblewitch 2 today? Won't play the next level & all the previous levels are just showing a star symbol, rather than a pawprint or Morgana. Just shows the end of my last game & won't move on.

Hi my friend sorry you are having this issue
Let's first check your device is still compatible
You can now only play on a mobile device android 10 or above or iOS 11 or above
Facebook is also no longer compatible
If you're device is one of the above then please first clear the game cache from your device menu settings then apps
Play any level you do not have to complete it then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓

Hi, yes my device is compatible & I tried the troubleshooting, clearing cache etc yesterday but still having the same issues. After playing a level the next one begins with the frozen screen of the previous one, I have to close the game, reopen, then it will me play an already completed level, then I have to close game again. Hoping it will resolve as I don't want to uninstall when I am this far on the game.

5105 is the level I am on. However when I try to play it, it is just a blank screen, no bubbles are there to play or mission & it says on the left I am playing level 999. Thanks for trying to help, much appreciated.

there are an unacceptable number of issues with this game - just look at this and other threads - it’s the game and about time King fixed their issues 🤬
