Not getting new levels on iPad

Hi.I have been experiencing quite a few problems playing the game on my ipad. I will not get into all of them but the most aggravating one is not getting new levels on Tuesday morning. I will get them on my android phone but not on my iPad. My devices and game are up to date.My tablet is 9th generation and so it's not that old. So,why do I have so much trouble on my iPad and not on my android phone.Is it the settings? Does someone here have a solution? I have written to Support several times and they have not offered any concrete solutions.Thanks.

Hi Snow Rider. Wow! You and PrettyBubbles have been extremely kind and considerate. Thank you! So, did I fix it or was that King who fixed it for me? I have been told by my fellow group members( Bubble Witch Saga 2 Help Group) that switching from Facebook to King have made them lose their boosters. So, even though you give me confidence to do the switch…I'm still hesitant. Anyway, I still keep getting logged out of Facebook on my ipad ( never in my phone). Weird,huh? Have a stupendous Friday!

Regarding Jackelope Tower, yes, we did experience some issues with events, but the good news is that it’s been fixed! Now you and other players can enjoy the bubblific adventures 🪄

As for losing boosters after reinstalling the game, I completely understand how frustrating that is 😫Unfortunately, boosters cannot be restored across any King games after a reinstall. That’s why we don’t recommend keeping too many free boosters stored on your device—not only could they be lost, but they may also affect gameplay. However, if you merge your Facebook account with your King account and stay on the same device, you shouldn’t lose your hard-earned boosters and lives.

Hi PrettyBubbles.Thanks for reaching out again. Well, last night I did something in the app store called "CLEAR APP USAGE DATA". I was a little fearful that I would lose my progress but after a lot of research, I was assured that I would not. Well, this morning I got my all my new levels. So,did I fix it or were the King techs working their magic? I'm still logged out of Facebook but I don't care about that anymore. Thank you!

Hello, should I quit this game? Again, this is two weeks in a row where I do not get any new levels on my iPad.I did get them on my android this morning.I prefer playing on a bigger screen and besides,all my boosters are on my tablet. I only use my phone for "emergency play".Why is this happening? Why did I get Jackelope Tower on Monday and nothing new today. Why the inconsistency? Please help! Thank you.

Hi Snow Rider. I never thought it was a Facebook issue because Pretty Bubbles explanation didn't make sense. I have absolutely no problem on my android phone and it's the same FB account as with my iPad. Here is a screenshot of the game two minutes ago and the last level is 7790. As you can see my avatar is of King's Scary Woman( Hahaha) and not my beloved cat. If I log into FB, I get my furbaby. So, yesterday and today I did not use FB as a login and I got Jackelope Tower. There have been some weeks where I don't get it all. So fingers and eyes crossed that I will get my new levels tomorrow if I stay clear of the Facebook log in. By the way, I belong in a Bubble Witch Saga 2 Help group and I talked about my situation with the game. Quite a few experience problems on their ipads but not on their iphones, and not on all the android devices. So, it's an iPad thing. My ipad is 9th generation and running on ios 18.0.1. I used to put my tablet on airplane mode overnight and I still got my new levels. These past two months, I just shut it down and that made no difference at all. Background App refresh is on but I don't see that makes a difference. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, I lose everything and with King, we get nothung back. That's not fair. They should fix that. I play two Peak Games apps and if an app acts buggy, I get everything back after reinstalling their apps.I have played BWS2 as soon as the original was close to its end( I miss that game so much!) and I want to continue playing it on my iPad. Phone is not the same experience. Thanks! Oh, by the way, on my android the last level is 7790.

Please note that the Facebook sign-in shouldn’t affect the content you receive in your game, so your situation of not receiving new levels is quite unique. However, technical issues can happen, so we’ve made some adjustments to your level progression in our system. Kindly check the game and let me know what level you’re currently on 😃

Thanks again for your persistence and determination. We have that in common. I put out a post in a BWS2 help group and I honestly don't think I am confident in doing the switch. See one of the replies. Maybe it's best that I play on my phone on Tuesdays and on my iPad every other day.

Now you have said you are playing via Facebook this is the reason why you are having so many problems as king no longer supports Facebook in bw2 it went exclusively to mobile only a good while ago now

To keep your game updating you will need to playing on a mobile device android 9 or above or iPhone 10 or above 💓

Good day,Pretty Bubbles. You will see two screenshots. Uppermost top one is from my iPad and the bottom one is from my android. I would also like to note that for the past couple of months,I always get logged out of Facebook on my ipad as well. I will log in, play the game,leave and go back to a King avatar. No game progress or boosters are lost. It just logs me out of Facebook on its own. Why? Anyway, it has come to a point where Support put their collective arms in the air and have given up on helping me. Thank you for your continued assistance. I appreciate it!
