Hi PrettyBubbles.Thanks for reaching out again. Well, last night I did something in the app store called "CLEAR APP USAGE DATA". I was a little fearful that I would lose my progress but after a lot of research, I was assured that I would not. Well, this morning I got my all my new levels. So,did I fix it or were the King techs working their magic? I'm still logged out of Facebook but I don't care about that anymore. Thank you!

Regarding Jackelope Tower, yes, we did experience some issues with events, but the good news is that it’s been fixed! Now you and other players can enjoy the bubblific adventures 🪄
As for losing boosters after reinstalling the game, I completely understand how frustrating that is 😫Unfortunately, boosters cannot be restored across any King games after a reinstall. That’s why we don’t recommend keeping too many free boosters stored on your device—not only could they be lost, but they may also affect gameplay. However, if you merge your Facebook account with your King account and stay on the same device, you shouldn’t lose your hard-earned boosters and lives.

Hi Snow Rider. Wow! You and PrettyBubbles have been extremely kind and considerate. Thank you! So, did I fix it or was that King who fixed it for me? I have been told by my fellow group members( Bubble Witch Saga 2 Help Group) that switching from Facebook to King have made them lose their boosters. So, even though you give me confidence to do the switch…I'm still hesitant. Anyway, I still keep getting logged out of Facebook on my ipad ( never in my phone). Weird,huh? Have a stupendous Friday!
