I would like to know why I am not getting & lives sent to me it’s been a few months now & not had any
not impressed as some players have had this issue for months. I have the opposite issue - someone thinks it’s okay to send 20 or more lives requests daily and over flow my message box, blocking other players. 🤦♀️
I have tried that repeatedly and it didn’t help. Months now and no extra lives from friends.

but the explanation only ever blames the players - not the studio ! The studio claim players’ issue with lives has been fixed 🤷♀️
Hi my friends sorry for your frustration the reason snowrider closed the thread was because after a long and thorough investigation she finally received a full explanation from our studio and then passed it on to you guy's 💓🎄
I agree with the above comment. I had over 50 lives that disappeared and I have not received any in almost two months, even though I request lives from friends every day. What has happened? Why can’t you fix this? We aren’t making this problem up. I am up to level 6336 and if I wasn’t so far along I would have deleted this game.
Snow Rider posted an unsatisfactory update and turned off the discussion. Once again the players are blamed - not the studio. If the issue is “fixed”, why did it take so long; why are players still not receiving lives; where are the bonuses to compensate for this huge game inconvenience?

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
