Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you haven't received any lives in your game lately. To help with this, please ensure that your game is updated to the latest app version. Also, sometimes it helps to log out of your account and log back in.

Snow Rider posted an unsatisfactory update and turned off the discussion. Once again the players are blamed - not the studio. If the issue is “fixed”, why did it take so long; why are players still not receiving lives; where are the bonuses to compensate for this huge game inconvenience?

I agree with the above comment. I had over 50 lives that disappeared and I have not received any in almost two months, even though I request lives from friends every day. What has happened? Why can’t you fix this? We aren’t making this problem up. I am up to level 6336 and if I wasn’t so far along I would have deleted this game.

Hi my friends sorry for your frustration the reason snowrider closed the thread was because after a long and thorough investigation she finally received a full explanation from our studio and then passed it on to you guy's 💓🎄
