I'm stuck at a level I've already passed
Hey guys. Im stuck at a level that I've already passed.i waited until the congrats sign and everything but the witch on the map just wouldn't take me further to the next level.
It's an ios device. I happened to also have a broken iPad with an old version game and that one works fine, but when it comes to new version game with new iPad, it's just stuck.
Please can someone help me?

Hi yes apple store is your platform
Whilst I understand that dropping stars is not ideal but its something that needs to be done when manual moving a player they would only move you off the level that is froze so it would be to level 826 and this procedure is final way left to unlock you as everything else has failed so this is the only step left to try 💓

Let's first try some trouble shooting that should reset you if you are unfortunately experiencing a blip
Check for any pending updates
Clear the game cache
Log out not just close the game
Finally turn your device off for a few moments

Hi no your ios at 16 is perfectly fine
I have just duplicated level 825 clear the ghost for you and passed.
I moved on without any issues which tells us its not a known issue with the game you must have a blip somewhere
Can you please try replaying the level this may kick start things for you
For you guidance you can find your ID by selecting the cog wheel bottom left then select the person image from the pop up then double tap the word king at the top of the page 💓

Hi there. Im always hoping the King people would fix this bug any minute so i passed level 825 over and over again. I was stuck at 824 yesterday but everything works fine on my broken old iPad so i passed 824 on that and it led me to 825. Im pretty sure i can still pass 825 and move to 826 on my old device, it's just that it's broken and not suitable for daily use so i don't really use that anymore and i wish to keep playing on a new device.
ID is 6493033766. Considering same account works on the old divice with old version game with old IOS system, i really think it's something Either with the new IOS or new version game.

Hi as we have established there is no bug in the game therefore there is no fix available via king as when I duplicated it it worked fine and for you it also works fine on your old device
This has to be a device or platform issue
The only thing left I can try with you is to uninstall we only suggest this as a last resort as when you reinstall you will loose any boosters

Hi. So I've reinstalled it, nothing changed.
But I also tried logged out my account and started to playing from level 1 as a random player, i successfully moved to level 2 and then 3. Just some more info for you reference. But since my account works perfectly fine on my old device, i don't think its my account Either.
The old device proves that my account is fine. My phone with the random new player account proves that my device and the newest IOS is fine. I'm totally confused and have absolutely nothing else left to try, i think. If you can think of anything, please let me know.
