OK the only other thing left for me to advise is as you have been to our customer services and they have done there trouble shooting as I have is to go back to them using your previous email from them add your ID and let them know you still cannot make any progress from level 825 and request them to manually move you on from the level they are very helpful

I have contacted them. They said the only way to solve this is to erase all my data. By erasing They mean bring all the levels that I've passed to two stars and mannually move me to the next level. That's was the advice from yesterday when i was sticking at 824 and they want to help me skip to 826. I wouldn't want them to do that cause it took me loooooooooong time to get most of the levels to three stars, some of them are even the highest score. Another reason is that the way i see this now is that the problem is 'moving' at all instead of simply one level so i don't think them helping me skipping one level is the solution at all.
I don't really understand when you say platform. Im using both iPad and iPhone and i download the game from apple app store, if that's what you mean.

Whilst I understand that dropping stars is not ideal but its something that needs to be done when manual moving a player they would only move you off the level that is froze so it would be to level 826 and this procedure is final way left to unlock you as everything else has failed so this is the only step left to try ๐
*New Update*
Problem solved. As i mentioned above the customer service people would like to erase my data blablabla and i refused that. The really problem is i think that when you are switching from device to device certain data would be lost. In my case, i didn't have any stars at the passed level 406 so the system must think that i have not passed a previous level therefore forbidden me to continue. For me it's 406 but it might be another level for another person. Its really bad experience but luckily i managed to solved it. Now I'm at leve 834 and still moving forward.

Hi pretty bubbles, I am currently have passed level 7000.so I may have a solution to how you fix your problem. Delete the app, then go back and install it, but do not connect to Facebook or anything else. Play episodes 1 through 22, when you pass level 22 and 23 pops up then connect to Facebook or however, else you connect. Once youโve connected again through Facebook or whatever, or other platform, tap play again and wait until the screen changes to the last level you left it at which should be 824. I think you said. Once you do that, you should be able to get past that level again. And added bonus as you will have gotten all your boosters back.
