    Hi guys I have raised a BW2 quirey and hope the studio can update us as to when you can expect new levels.

    Your patience is appreciated as it is currently holiday time so there are limited staff working right now. As soon as I receive any feedback I will update you ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ

    Hi guys the update from the studio is that BW2 will receive an update and new levels next week but havnt given a day. However, this is good news as an update not only produces new levels but usually includes fixes ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ

    It is year 2023 and this issue happens again. Has it ever been solved?

    Hi yes back in 2020 there was a known issue but a fix was delivered currently we don't have a known issue so let's hope this is just a blip as occasionally connection blips do occur as they do with all gaming sites

    To find this out can you please tell me what level is froze and I will head over and play the level to see if the freezing can be duplicated

    Also can you tell me what device and platform you are using

    In the meantime please clear the in game cache from your device settings then apps then logg out not just close the game and leave your device off for a few moments let's see if this clears it for you ๐Ÿ’“

    Hi PrettyBubbles. same person communicated with you yesterday here. I was stuck at 824 then i used my old broken iPad to pass it so now I'm stuck at 825, which I'm sure i can still pass on my old iPad it's just i don't want to keep playing on a broken device as it really hurt my eyes.

    I'm using a iPhone 12 and iPad 9 to play this now. Stucking problem happens exactly the same on both device. I think it's because somehow the game has some bug with the newest ios system.

    Did you follow my advice regarding customer services as I would like to see if having you manually moved on will solve this before I raise it as these steps I have given in your previous thread would all need to be tried first
