If you had your game progress saved once you re install play 1 level then log out and restart your device your progress should return
What was your reason for uninstalling
What device and platform are you currently using 💓

When you re downloaded the app did you not select the already have an account tab and sign in with your original email and password as it sounds like you set up new information 💓
Hi I have been playing bubble with saga for a long time. My grandson deleted my app today and I can’t get it back. This time I had to set up a new account with king.com. Can someone help me get my game back? Please! I was playing on my iPad with an avatar of tweety bird and kittykatzy is my game name.

Hi and welcome to the community. Are you playing on a device? Was your progress backed up with either Facebook or the Kingdom? If so, have you logged in? If you were logged in, try logging out then back in again and see if that helps 🤗

Every time I get a survey advertisement, it loses connection and I have to start the level over again. Can you please fix this bug?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
