I re-installed it. Lost all my boosters but I can play again. When can I use my stars to help me with my difficult level, i have 173 stars but can not activate them.

Oh my friend that is why we only recommend to uninstall as a last resort
Regarding using stars to help with a difficult level I do not recognise that feature available in bw2 💓
