Why can't I now get passed game no. 5086 on Bubble Witch2??

    Thanks for the details! My bad I didn't notice that it's the question for BW2, so you're totally right and your game is fully updated to the most recent version. Even though we do support the device you're using, there might be an issue with it. Would you please share your player ID to check your game progress and see how I can help you further?

    I.D. 4559421633 Snow Rider. I played game 5087 on my old phone a Samsung Note 2, won it and still could not move forward. Re-installed from Goole Play first.so that is up to date. I do play Bubble Witch 3 but have no problem at all.

    Hi again! My apologies for not getting back to your earlier! I did some tweaks to your account, and this should now allow you to progress in the game.

    However, if you're using Samsung Note 2, but Samsung Note 8, I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do due to the age of the device. Which is why you're not able to access further levels 😓

    But let me know if tweaks helped or not.

    Hi Snow Rider, unfortunately I have just won game 5088 again but I have not moved on. I am using my Note 8.

    I am having issues again with the app closing after opening. I have to open again. I also have a black bank screen when I go to close.

    Have you already tried logging out and back in? If it doesn't help, I would recommend recording your screen with the issue and share it with Player Support. They'll be happy to assist!

    Well it looks like I can't play Bubble Witch 2 any more. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page, clicked on Support & gave all the details to my problem. Received an automated reply of what to try, the same as in the past. Replied to the email including my King ID & 2 picks showing me winning. Also added Snow Rider at Community had tried but could not resolve my problem. So far no email response only an email asking me to fill in a survey as to how they did. ☹ So not a happy bunny at all. 😭 I have played the game right from the beginning when it was released on my Note 2 then Note 8 which has to be more than 4 years ago.
