So far the only respons has been a stock a stock reply of links to check out the Community here, facebook & YouTube to find an answer or reply to the email. I replied 3 times with photos & hours later recieved a survey email on how did they do. I have now played game 5087 on my old Samsung Note 2, won the game but again can't move on.

Hi @Kiraneries! We always encourage players to keep their game and device up-to-date. Could you please confirm if your game is updated to the latest version, which is 7.38.11? 🙂 Also, could you share the exact model of your device? This will help me determine if it can support the game.

Thank you for replying Snow Rider. I have replied via email, but will reply here too. Not sure how to see if the if it is the latest version of the game 7.38.11. It should be as have since last month had uninstalled & reinstalled it 3 times since the crash. When doing that I ended up 3 times on game 5087, even though I had won it & 5088.My phone is a Samsung Note 8, same as my husband's, who has no issues with the game. It does still occasionally close when opening the app, but works the second time.

Ok, both of us checked out the app on our phones in settings. Both had version 1.157.0. I then went and checked out the app at ThePlay Store & there was an update to click on. Did that & ithe version is still the same in my Samsung Note 8 settings. I played level 5087 twice (did not win it) but landed back on it.

Thank you Prettbubble. There is a problem between the game app & my phone. Phone came up with warning app was taking too much battery power with the crashes.
