Did you uninstall then reinstall to refresh your game
other than changing devices, uninstalling or changing any of your log in details there is know other reason for boosters to be lost
we don't have any known issues unless one of the above applies š
Iām still on the same device , also on the same phone nothing has changed , cannot understand why they have gone š¢
Yes my friend as I explained above the boosters are saved to your device and not the game š
Also seen other posts on here where people are also saying they have lost their boosters also
Tried everything you have said but still none of my boosters are there š„²š„²
Hi my friend have you changed devices if you have please play 1 level the log out and leave your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat as any saved progress will then transfer over if it does not it will mean you hadn't been saving your progress on your other device
With the boosters they are saved to your device and not your game š

Why are you saying Iām only on level 2 when Iām actually on level 6952 , also all my boosters have vanished eg my bouncing balls , my + 10 balls and my fairy + 3 balls etc also rainbow balls , fireballs and my booster that changes my bubble colours. I have been playing bubble witch 2 for over 7 years and all above has vanished. My bingo board is still ok but all my star bubbles that do a star shower across the bubble board have also gone. Very upset about this after playing for over 7 years , I am playing on the king website

Bubble Witch 2 is killing my other apps on iphone iOS 17.2. Will there be a solution or should I delete the game..
Unfortunately, I haven't purchased any boosters, I earned them during game play. It's a pity that they can't be saved to one's profile somehow but hey ho, it's not the end of the world, I'll just have to start again. Another lesson learned, nothing is as straightforward as one would hope.

We don't currently have any known issues regarding boosters disappearing
This would only usually happen when uninstalled or change of device has taken place
We can not replenish your boosters but if you select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and any boosters that were purchased and lost they can see this and will reimburse you but any that were free they can not reimburse those
Please remember if you contact them to add your game ID
please let me know how you get on š
Hi PrettyBubbles, thanks for getting back to me. I have not re-installed the game, or changed my device. I know that uninstalling and reinstalling will wipe any power bubbles that have been collected so I am very careful not to do that. I have followed your previous advice on many occasions with regard to logging out and logging back in again and this very often helps if there are any little niggles like not moving on to the next set of levels etc. This is totally new and unexpected, I have done nothing different.

Hi, I have been playing BW2 for a long time now but a couple of days ago all of the power bubbles I had collected have disappeared. I have cleared cache, logged out and back in again, powered off my Android device, just completed a Nero's Bingo and I now have the grand total of one power bubble. I was hoping that once I had won a bubble then the rest would return but no such luck! Very disappointed with this as I had at least a couple of hundred of each type and some over four hundred. Is there any way I can restore these lost bubbles please?

Sorry to see you are having this issue
I think this may just be a blip as we don't currently have any known issues
Please first clear the game cache from your device settings then check for any pending updates in your app store and then log out of everything and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if it cleares you may have to repeat the login out a restarting your device

Having got to game 959 of Bubble Witch 2 Saga, it doesn't load up properly, with no balls and missing graphics and I am unable to play the game or move on to the next one. I have included a screen shot to show what it looks like. Not sure what to do in order to continue playing and progressing.

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
