@PrettyBubbles My Bingo Board has disappeared completely about 9 days ago and has not returned, I sent a message to Players Support and have not received a message back from them as before they usually send me one to confirm first my email address and I reply back to let them know Yes it is me the one asking for Help but this time no Email and after sending them a 2 nd and 3 rd Player Support Question about my Bingo Board disappearing still no reply back to me odd very odd and I don't understand why no reply to me can you help me it would be very helpful my friend also @gordan10 is having the same problem as me so either one of us would appreciate the help very very much our dear friend.

David @me6412, thanks for thinking of me. I, too, still have this problem. I did receive a reply from player support. They said "that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently." So I ignored it. Then...I went back and read the rest 🤣 It said:
Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
Play one level
Close the app and restart your device
Check that you have a stable connection
Unfortunately, I've this twice to no avail 🤷♀️

we can collect stars replaying old levels - eg if you had completed a level winning 1 star then replayed and won with 3 stars the extra 2 stars count. I avoid lines in the Nero team quest with stars as it’s very difficult to obtain, especially for players at the top level of the game.
every time I’ve played the team quest, everything works except the sparkle shower. Every time I activate it, no matter if I win or lose the level, the credit never shows. This power up requires too much effort to just waste like that
Anyone else having this issue or know how to work around it?
