I was on level 3982 but on going into it level 999 came up with nothing in it then when I logged into my king account to see how to get in touch to ask about this the game has taken me back to level 1… what is going on please
yep, I was stuck at 3499 but I did save before deleting program and re-installing. That put me back at my previous levels but took away all my power up boosters etc. that kinda sucks but a least I didn’t have to start over at level one. No idea why it froze…..
if that procedure has reinstated your levels it will mean you hadn't had them saved
You will need to select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services as they can manually restore your levels

Please play any level then close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two if you had been saving your progress it will return your levels 💓

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
