Hi my friend I have asked our CM for further advice 💓
As mentioned I am actually on level 5105, but when I click into that level it shows the top picture saying level 999 and nothing else loads. Bottom pic is how main page looks, all the levels have stars. I can play the previous level once, then if I try again it freezes on the way the game ended.

5105 is the level I am on. However when I try to play it, it is just a blank screen, no bubbles are there to play or mission & it says on the left I am playing level 999. Thanks for trying to help, much appreciated.

Can you tell me what level is causing the freezing then I can request it is checked for any bugs 💓
Hi, yes my device is compatible & I tried the troubleshooting, clearing cache etc yesterday but still having the same issues. After playing a level the next one begins with the frozen screen of the previous one, I have to close the game, reopen, then it will me play an already completed level, then I have to close game again. Hoping it will resolve as I don't want to uninstall when I am this far on the game.

Let's first check your device is still compatible
You can now only play on a mobile device android 10 or above or iOS 11 or above
Facebook is also no longer compatible
If you're device is one of the above then please first clear the game cache from your device menu settings then apps
Play any level you do not have to complete it then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓
What is happening with Bubblewitch 2 today? Won't play the next level & all the previous levels are just showing a star symbol, rather than a pawprint or Morgana. Just shows the end of my last game & won't move on.

Please try contacting our customer services by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain what has happened they will be aware if this is a known issue and be able to help you quicker

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
