Not getting new levels on iPad

Hi.I have been experiencing quite a few problems playing the game on my ipad. I will not get into all of them but the most aggravating one is not getting new levels on Tuesday morning. I will get them on my android phone but not on my iPad. My devices and game are up to date.My tablet is 9th generation and so it's not that old. So,why do I have so much trouble on my iPad and not on my android phone.Is it the settings? Does someone here have a solution? I have written to Support several times and they have not offered any concrete solutions.Thanks.

Hi my friend Please try clearing the game cache
Tap on settings then choose General tap on the storage section wait for your apps to be listed then select bw2 and clear the cache now close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Overload cache can causes many issues

Thank you. I have been dealing with support for several problems. They have not been very helpful and so excuse me for being: tired,weary and skeptical. I raised the topic of new levels yesterday and they told me to come here for help. That was being supportive? This was followed up by an evaluation of the game and the assistance that I got. I have been playing this game since Day 1( 9 years???). I think that's such player loyalty deerves better treatment. Thanks for your assistance,Pretty Bubbles.

Good day,Pretty Bubbles. You will see two screenshots. Uppermost top one is from my iPad and the bottom one is from my android. I would also like to note that for the past couple of months,I always get logged out of Facebook on my ipad as well. I will log in, play the game,leave and go back to a King avatar. No game progress or boosters are lost. It just logs me out of Facebook on its own. Why? Anyway, it has come to a point where Support put their collective arms in the air and have given up on helping me. Thank you for your continued assistance. I appreciate it!

Now you have said you are playing via Facebook this is the reason why you are having so many problems as king no longer supports Facebook in bw2 it went exclusively to mobile only a good while ago now
To keep your game updating you will need to playing on a mobile device android 9 or above or iPhone 10 or above 💓

Yes, I know that. But if I sign in using a King account,won't I lose all my boosters and lives? Besides,I did get my 20 levels two weeks ago and most of the summer. So,why not last week? I will only make the switch if I don't lose anything. Otherwise,I will continue with my itty bitty phone ( which I hate). I also play Toon Blast and Toy Blast and if I ever uninstall and reinstall the game- all my lives and boosters are intact. King Games should do the same. I am sure that I am not the only one who signs in using Facebook.Maybe, its time to leave this game. I don't know…….Thanks for your efforts!
