been waiting all day for new levels to be added ! I’m waiting for level 7911 , I have updated my app and also turned my I pad on and off but still no new levels have appeared.

This is my second week without new levels. 7910 is my last level. I see others received 40 new ones but I was not lucky.
I haven't got new levels for three weeks now.

Good day,PrettyBubbles.Well, I finally got last week's 20 levels this morning. Except I only got them on my iPad and NOT on my ANDROID. If you recall,on new release day,the game has been unplayable on my tablet.It stays frozen on the last level played. Right now it is stuck on level 7910. Before today,I was able to play on my phone and when the game advanced, it advanced on my iPad too. So, in conclusion- No new levels on my android. New levels on ipad but it is stuck on the last level played. I have tried everything on both devices. Cleared cache,data on/off, restarts,prayers and blindfolded somersaults. This is so ridiculous. There has to be someone in the community or in your tech staff that can fix these problems I gave been experiencing. This game has become WORK and no longer fun. Hi PrettyBubbles. My UserID is 2911699455. Android version 13( Samsung S20) and iPad Gen 9 ios 18.1.1. The app was updated on the day of its release on both devices. I just finished chatting with another French friend and she was asked to uninstall and reinstall the game. It did not fix the situation and she lost all of her friends.

Hi my friend on your android can please try switching from wi fi to mobile data then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two
If no levels arrive please switch back then close once more sometimes this can trigger the levels 🎄💓
