Good day,PrettyBubbles.Well, I finally got last week's 20 levels this morning. Except I only got them on my iPad and NOT on my ANDROID. If you recall,on new release day,the game has been unplayable on my tablet.It stays frozen on the last level played. Right now it is stuck on level 7910. Before today,I was able to play on my phone and when the game advanced, it advanced on my iPad too. So, in conclusion- No new levels on my android. New levels on ipad but it is stuck on the last level played. I have tried everything on both devices. Cleared cache,data on/off, restarts,prayers and blindfolded somersaults. This is so ridiculous. There has to be someone in the community or in your tech staff that can fix these problems I gave been experiencing. This game has become WORK and no longer fun. I haven't got new levels for three weeks now.
Is it only me or not?

This is my second week without new levels. 7910 is my last level. I see others received 40 new ones but I was not lucky.

Hi guys our studio have looked into this and put a fix in place
Please check for any updates on your android if your levels don't arrive by lunch time

Hi PrettyBubbles. Does this include ios iPhone /iPad as well? Thank you. By the way,they removed all the dead levels and now I'm back to 7890.

Hi again. Was the update for android only? It's
10:14 PM EST and nothing has changed. I have been downgraded to level 7890 when it should be at 7910 plus 40 new levels that I never got. What the heck,PrettyBubbles? What on earth is going on? I'm starting to take this personally. User id 2911699455. IPAD gen 9.
