I am asked for lives, which I send, but when I ask for lives I dont receive any lives back. I have tried all sorts but nothing happens. The game plays ok apart from that! Please help 😊

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
