I already have! There is absolutely nothing whatsoever there about this kind of issue!
-
I have already stated in 2 previous posts (July 29 & July 30, respectively) it is an Apple (iOS) iPad (tablet).

I can’t find it. It is also irrelevant because I have had the issue for years & multiple updates so it doesn’t matter what version it is, I have never been able to get this fixed/resolved.

@Kerrie & @Alienscar it’s the same thing. I can’t listen to iHeart Radio when playing Candy Crush. Adjusting the music slider had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this because I am IN FACT getting sound! However, it is ONLY iHeart Radio that I get sound from! Adjusting the music slider doesn’t change anything when…

This has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with adjusting the music slider. iHeart Radio is playing perfectly clear! However, I am getting nothing from Candy Crush. What part of what I have been saying is so hard for you to understand?

Also, I am not playing on my phone, I’m playing on my iPad (I don’t have any games at all on my phone, they are only on my iPad).

My apps are always up to date. I have automatic updates turned “on” so I should never have to update anything manually. Furthermore, iHeart Radio was last updated 2 days ago (version 10.42.0). I don’t see a last updated date for Candy Crush. Additionally, I have the problem every single time I (try to) play when listening…

No, I am not doing that! That is creating 6 new accounts (4 new Candy Crush accounts for original, Soda, Jelly & Friends & 2 Cookie Jam accounts for original & Blast)! All of those are linked/synced through Facebook so that I can (also) see my friends’ progress in the games. Furthermore, even though you say you can restore…
