Adjusting the music slider doesn’t change anything when it's not a sound in-itself,

Nobody said moving the slider would change anything @JustSerfin. Moving the slider to max and then to zero and back to max after restarting your game was a workaround that resolved issues similar to yours. Have you tried adjusting the sliders, or not?

I can’t find it. It is also irrelevant because I have had the issue for years & multiple updates so it doesn’t matter what version it is, I have never been able to get this fixed/resolved.

What platform (iOS/Android) and device (phone/tablet) do you play on @JustSerfin

I have already stated in 2 previous posts (July 29 & July 30, respectively) it is an Apple (iOS) iPad (tablet).

You haven't stated that to me @JustSerfin or in this thread.

Do you know what version of iPadOS you have on your iPad?

Actually, the time on July 29 was directly to you….

That being said, it is iPadOS version 17.5.1 but the version shouldn’t matter when I have had the issue for several years & multiple version updates every single time I try to listen to iHeart Radio while playing.

The version can matter @JustSerfin as some versions of iOS are no longer supported, but your version is still new enough.

It seems to me that your problem must be to do with your radio app. No one else is having sound issues with their game so logically as you are the only one with issues it must be your radio app causing the issue.

As you say as you have had the issue through several years and multiple updates of iOS and Candy Crush that only leaves the radio app that can be at fault.

Please contact the support services of iHeartRadio

I don’t believe the problem is with the radio app as you claim. I have the issue with Candy Crush & Candy Crush Soda but absolutely no issues whatsoever with Candy Crush Jelly, Candy Crush Friends, Cookie Jam & Cookie Jam Blast. So how can it be the radio app when it only happens with 2 of the 4 Candy Crush games & 2 other games….so out of 6 games only 2 are effected? That does NOT sound like a radio app situation!

As I said above @JustSerfin the fact that there aren't any other complaints about this issue other than yours points to the issue not being a Candy Crush issue. If it were a Candy Crush issue then we would see more posts about it.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
